Athletics at Aspen Glen

At Aspen Glen, we strive to provide you with a state-of-the-art facility coupled with quality programming. Our full-service fitness center includes treadmills, bikes, elliptical cross-trainer climbers, a full line of resistance equipment and free weights. Fitness classes are available throughout the week in our dedicated aerobics room.

Additional amenities include an outdoor hot tub (open year-round) and an outdoor swimming pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day). If tennis is your game, come play on one of our four courts (one hard court open year-round and three clay courts open May through October).

We also offer massage therapy with three highly trained massage therapists. Each one offers a different and unique style of massage therapy.

The gym at Aspen Glen has many ways to keep you in shape including a full-size pool with lap lanes and a Jacuzzi. With a weight room, indoor golf practice room, hardwood gym and spa, we make sure you’re covered no matter what sport you’re into.

We have a variety of equipment including free weights, plated machines, Pilates equipment, kettle bells and much more. In addition, we have some of the best trainers to get you going in the right direction.

Then maybe it’s time you thought about personal training. Group Exercise

Group exercise classes are a fun and relaxed environment that can help relieve stress and increase your overall health. We currently offer classes in yoga, Pilates, spinning, FitBall and Golf Moves.
