About Brandon
Executive Chef Brandon has been classically trained in the field of culinary arts from Riverside Culinary Academy in Riverside, California, and graduated with honors at the top of his respective class. He has used his original and modern style in a variety of restaurants and resorts starting at Angels Stadium in Anaheim, moving on to the prestigious Casino Morongo Club in Indian Wells, and then bluEmber at the Omni Rancho Las Palmas. He then worked at Second Bar + Kitchen at The Archer Hotel, prior to joining ClubCorp at Mission Hills. He has honed his culinary skills, creativity, and proficient techniques through the tutelage of many great chefs, including James Beard-nominated Chef David Bull. Over the past decade in the industry, he has refined his artistic talent as an emerging chef. His style of cooking tends to lean towards a fresh, clean, and contemporary coastal fusion approach.
After years of hard work and education in various culinary settings, Executive Chef Brandon now brings his talent and creative strive to the renowned TPC Craig Ranch Golf Club. His immediate goals include establishing signature dishes and a memorable palate experience for our Members, all while developing a strong rapport.
Brandon enjoys comfort cooking at home, eating, attending sporting events, playing hockey, swimming and spending time with his friends and family. Brandon happily lives in the greater Dallas area with his wife, Brier and their children, Brayden, Beckham, and Brooks.
