What membership tiers are available?
Membership options at Town Point Club include City Exchange, Resident XLife City, Young Executive XLife City, and Active Duty Military XLife City.
What benefits are included?
Included benefits span workspace access, premium dining experiences, social event participation, nationwide club network privileges and downtown-prime amenities.
Can I switch membership types later?
Yes. Members may upgrade or adjust their membership type as their lifestyle or interests change. Our Membership Directors can help tailor your membership to fit your needs.
Can I use other Invited clubs when I travel?
Yes. Through our XLife benefits, you gain access to a national network of 350+ private clubs and special privileges at partner resorts, hotels, and city clubs across the country.
Is parking available for guests?
Yes. Guests can park at Town Point Garage, across the street from Town Point Club. The first two hours are complimentary.
How do I schedule a tour of the Club?
Book a tour through our website or contact a Membership Director directly.
Do I need to make an appointment or can I just stop by?
Appointments are recommended to ensure a Membership Director is available to customize your visit.
How quickly can I join after touring?
Membership applications are often approved within a few days, so you can begin enjoying the Club almost immediately.
Are non-members able to dine at the Club?
Dining is reserved for Members and their invited guests. From time to time, we host select ticketed events; availability is announced in advance.
Can I bring a guest to the Club?
Yes. Guests are welcome when accompanied by a Member (or pre-registered). Please check in at reception upon arrival.
What makes the Club unique?
Town Point Club is the only club in our collection with the Keep, a private cigar lounge. Add waterside private rooms with sweeping views of the Elizabeth River and a wrap-around balcony made for sunsets, and you have a club that's distinctly Norfolk.
What amenities does the Club offer?
Members enjoy complimentary breakfast, a hospitality station stocked with fresh coffee and cookies, and waived room rental fees for meetings and private events. Unwind in the Keep, our private cigar lounge, or step out onto the wrap-around balcony to take in expansive sunset views over the Elizabeth River.
