With a passion for hospitality, team leadership and service excellence, Marc's hospitality journey started early on at Starbucks. Ever since, he's been driven to succeed. Marc's knack for coaching and mentoring his team, coupled with his ability to push boundaries with fresh, innovative ideas make him the perfect fit for the next generation Tower Club Fort Lauderdale. Marc was born and raised in Southern California, graduating from California State University of Long Beach. After managing Luna Grill and being recruited by Halal Guys to open seven brick and mortar restaurants in Los Angeles and Orange County, a management training opportunity with Hillstone Restaurant Group took him from Southern California South Florida. In pursuit of further professional development in hospitality, Mark managed the Grill at Bal Harbour and Houston's Boca Raton.
