Meet Our Executive Chef

With more than two decades of culinary experience, Executive Chef Daniel Mahnke brings a seasoned perspective and a passion for fresh, flavorful cuisine to Tower Club. His career has taken him from Atlanta to South Florida, with experience in Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, and Coconut Grove before joining the culinary team at Tower Club.

Today, Chef Mahnke leads a menu that reflects the Club’s South Florida setting, with fresh seafood, prime cuts, seasonal ingredients, and creative dishes designed for sharing. From power lunches and Member dinners to signature events and milestone celebrations, he and his team create memorable dining experiences high above the city.
