At the helm of our culinary team is Chef Brandon Galitz, longtime protégé of Wolfgang Puck with years of experience working in Michelin-star restaurants. He brings his flair for upscale new American cuisine with Asian influences, always focusing on local and international hyper-seasonal farmers' market ingredients. His philosophy is simple: maintain the integrity of the ingredient and showcase its beauty on the plate.
