Our Story

For decades, Tower Club Dallas has brought together the city's business, civic and social communities high above downtown Dallas. Perched on the 48th floor of Santander Tower, the Club has become a place where ideas are shared, relationships are built and milestones are celebrated, all with breathtaking views of the Dallas skyline.

Today, Tower Club Dallas continues that tradition by offering an inspiring setting where professionals, entrepreneurs and community leaders come together to work, dine, celebrate and connect. More than a private club, it's a welcoming community where meaningful relationships are formed and new opportunities begin.

A Different Kind of Club

Tower Club Dallas opened its doors in 1982. From day one, the Club embraced an open membership policy - a stance that feels unremarkable today, but was anything but at the time. Just two blocks away, on the 48th floor of another downtown tower, sat another private club: men only, with women seated in a separate dining room. Same street. Same floor number. A very different Club. As the story goes, Margaret Hunt was turned away from that club simply because she was a woman. Rather than accept that, the Hunt family, alongside the Deadman, Perot, and Bass families, set out to build something different: a private social club open to everyone. That founding spirit of inclusion has remained at the heart of Tower Club Dallas ever since.

Reimagined for a New Generation

In 2019, Tower Club Dallas partnered with Thiel & Team to reimagine what a modern social club could look like. The redesign went on to earn seven interior design awards, transforming the Club's spaces while preserving the character and community that have defined it since 1982.

Membership options at Tower Club Dallas include Resident XLife City and Young Executive, XLife City, for Members ages 39 or younger.
What benefits are included?
Included benefits span workspace access, premium dining experiences, social event participation, nationwide club network privileges and downtown-prime amenities.
Is there a corporate membership option?
Yes. There are membership categories and packages tailored for professionals and companies, including options with enhanced dining or travel and golf benefits suited for group or corporate use.
Can I switch membership types later?
Yes. Members may upgrade or adjust their membership type as their lifestyle or interests change. Our Membership Directors can help tailor your membership to fit your needs.
Can I use other Invited clubs when I travel?
Yes. Through our XLife benefits, you gain access to a national network of 350+ private clubs and special privileges at partner resorts, hotels, and city clubs across the country.
How do I schedule a tour of the Club?

Is parking available for guests?
The Club is located on the 48th floor of the Santander Tower in downtown Dallas; guests should check with the Club for validated parking options in the building or nearby garage.

Are non-members able to dine at the club?
Dining is reserved for Members and their invited guests. From time to time, we host select ticketed events; availability is announced in advance.
Can I bring a guest to the club?
Yes. Guests are welcome when accompanied by a Member (or pre-registered), and standard guest fees/policies apply for golf, racquets, fitness, and aquatics. Please check in at reception or the appropriate shop on arrival.
