Do you host weddings for non-Members?
Yes; both Members and non-Members may book weddings at Tampa Palms.
What is guest capacity?
Indoor & outdoor spaces can accommodate 50 to 200 seated guests.
Are hotel suites included for the wedding party?
Yes. Tampa Palms offers 25 guest suites, and many couples use the bridal suite and guest blocks.
Do you handle full event planning?
Yes; the club’s private events team provides planning, décor guidance, catering, and day-of coordination.
Do you provide catering and bar services?
Yes, full in-house catering, bar setups, and custom menus are available.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 12–18 months ahead, especially for peak seasons.
