Can non-Members host events at Tampa Palms?
Yes — both Members and non-Members are welcome to book events.
What is your maximum capacity?
Our ballroom and outdoor venues support up to 200 seated guests.
Do you provide catering & bar service?
Yes. Full in-house catering, bar packages, and menu customization are available.
Are hotel suites included?
Yes — onsite lodging is available for events, especially weddings.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 12–18 months ahead, especially for peak seasons.
