Junior Strength and Conditioning, (4 week program) Wednesdays/Fridays 4:30pm-5:30pm in the Fitness Center Ages 10 and up Session 1: August 24th-September 16th Session 2: September 27th - October 21st Price: 2 days/week: $140 OR 1 day/week: $80 Our personal trainers will teach proper techniques and form while introducing ate-appropriate weight training and movements. Agility, Power, Endurance, Functional and general fitness will all be covered. Great to supplement current sports or to learn general fitness. Ages 10 and up.
