Do I need to be a Member to have my wedding at the club?
No. Weddings and events are open to members and non-members alike.
Can we bring in outside vendors?
Yes. You’re welcome to bring your preferred vendors such as florists, photographers, and entertainment. We’re happy to provide recommendations if needed.
Do you provide catering and bar services?
Yes, full in-house catering, bar setups, and custom menus are available.
Is the venue available outdoors?
Primarily an indoor event venue, our beautiful outdoor veranda can also serve as the perfect setting for an outdoor ceremony or cocktail reception, weather permitting.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 12–18 months ahead, especially for peak seasons.
Do I need to be a Member to host an event?
No. Guests and non Members are welcome to book private events at River Creek Club.
Are indoor and outdoor spaces available?
Primarily an indoor event venue, our beautiful outdoor veranda can also serve as the perfect setting for an outdoor ceremony or cocktail reception, weather permitting.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance for weddings and large events, and at least 2-3 months ahead for smaller gatherings.
Do you provide catering and bar service?
Yes. Our culinary team offers custom menus and beverage packages tailored to your event.
Is parking available for guests?
Yes. Complimentary onsite parking is available for all event attendees.
What is the maximum capacity?
Capacity varies by room. The Potomac Ballroom accommodates the largest events. Smaller celebrations fit well in the Monroe Room or Terrace spaces.
