Set in the scenic landscapes of Lake County, Illinois, Ravinia Green Country Club was created as a place to belong. Since opening in 1967, the Club has brought together championship golf and social experiences in a private club setting not far from Chicago. Today, Ravinia Green continues to offer a welcoming, Member-focused environment built around community, tradition, and an active club lifestyle.
Founded in 1967, Ravinia Green features a championship 18-hole course designed by Edward Lawrence Packard that’s carefully routed across rolling terrain to take advantage of the area's natural contours, mature trees, and scenic beauty.
Over the decades, the Club has grown into a full private club community with golf, racquet sports, fitness, swimming, dining, and year-round social experiences that bring Members together both on and off the course. It’s that sense of continuity that defines Ravinia Green. Many Members are now second-generation, and the Club has become a place where families stay to build lasting connections, welcomed by a team who knows them by name.
