Join us for an evening of connection and reflection as we come together to honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. This thoughtfully curated happy hour invites members and guests to gather in the spirit of unity, community, and conversation—values central to Dr. King’s enduring message. Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a wine tasting, and a whiskey tasting experience in partnership with Diageo, creating a welcoming setting to connect and engage. We invite you to raise a glass in tribute to a leader whose vision for equality, compassion, and service continues to inspire generations, and to share in an evening that blends remembrance with meaningful connection.

Cook with Chef Zach
Step into the kitchen and learn the art behind one of Pyramid Club’s most beloved staples—our house-made focaccia bread. Join Chef Zach for an interactive, hands-on cooking and prep class where you’ll discover the techniques, tips, and secrets that bring this fan-favorite bread to life. During the class, guests will mix, shape, and prepare their own focaccia dough using the same methods we use in-house. All materials are provided, and you’ll leave with your prepared dough plus easy, step-by-step baking instructions to finish it at home and enjoy fresh-from-the-oven focaccia on your own schedule. The experience concludes with a charcuterie spread served alongside freshly baked focaccia, making it a relaxed and flavorful evening of learning and connection. $35++ per person All materials, instructions, and one drink included. Perfect for food lovers, curious home bakers, and anyone who’s ever asked, “How do they make that focaccia so good?” Any no-shows or cancellations after Thursday, January 22, will be charged at half price per person. A secret 3-course menu, that includes appetizer, main, and dessert, for you to discover on the evening. Tickets $64 - Must be purchased using link below.
