Cocktails for a Cause

Join us for cocktails and lite bite in support of a great cause! A portion of bar sales will go towards non-profit organization, Shafir's Journey! Shafir’s Journey is a nonprofit organization that helps children with spinal cord injuries obtain life sustaining medical equipment, supplies and advocacy. Your donations would provide wheelchairs and life sustaining medical supplies to children with spinal cord injuries and their families. It often takes 6-8 months for an insurance company to approve a wheelchair, in that time some children can go without a safe way to get around and are bed bound. Infections are extremely high amongst children with spinal cord injuries due to a lack of access to medical supplies such as gloves and wipes. Your donations will help to bring health equity and positive quality of life to many children that are now paralyzed from the neck or waist down.

Brewer-Clifton Wine Dinner

🍷Imagine a refined evening dedicated to celebrating the wines of Brewer-Clifton, held in a serene, warmly lit dining room with understated elegance. The event brings guests together to explore the nuances of meticulously crafted wines, starting with two outstanding Chardonnays from the Santa Rita Hills. Santa Rita Hills Chardonnay begins the journey, offering vibrant and crisp acidity with notes of citrus, green apple, and a hint of minerality. The richer "3D" Chardonnay follows, which deepens the experience with richer notes of ripe pear, lemon curd, and toasty oak. Transitioning to the reds, the Santa Rita Hills Pinot Noir graces the table, offering elegant aromas of cherry, cranberry, and soft earthiness. This wine, with its graceful tannins and silky texture, is beautifully matched with roasted poultry. The "Machado" Pinot Noir takes center stage next, delivering more concentrated dark fruit flavors, spice, and a velvety finish. This pairs beautifully with a richer main course. To finish the evening, guests enjoy the Ex Post Facto Syrah, a stunning expression of the grape, with dark blackberry, pepper, and smoky undertones. The synergy between the wine’s richness and a decadent dessert creates a perfect, indulgent finale. Each course is thoughtfully designed to enhance the qualities of the wines, making for a memorable and cohesive wine-paired dinner. $125++ Any no-shows or cancellations after Friday, October 11 will be charged full price.
