Cook with Chef: Focaccia Class

Step into the kitchen and learn the art behind one of Pyramid Club’s most beloved staples—our house-made focaccia bread. Join Chef Zach for an interactive, hands-on cooking and prep class where you’ll discover the techniques, tips, and secrets that bring this fan-favorite bread to life. During the class, guests will mix, shape, and prepare their own focaccia dough using the same methods we use in-house. All materials are provided, and you’ll leave with your prepared dough plus easy, step-by-step baking instructions to finish it at home and enjoy fresh-from-the-oven focaccia on your own schedule. The experience concludes with a charcuterie spread served alongside freshly baked focaccia, making it a relaxed and flavorful evening of learning and connection. $35++ per person All materials, instructions, and one drink included.
