Do I need to be a Member to book an event at the Club?
No, membership is not required. Non-members are welcome to host private events at the Club. Members enjoy waived room fees as part of their benefits.
What is included in the planning process?
Our event sales team and professional event staff help coordinate details, setup, breakdown, and personalized food and beverage experiences.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance for weddings and large events, and at least 2-3 months ahead for smaller gatherings.
Do you provide catering and bar service?
Yes. Our culinary team offers custom menus and beverage packages tailored to your event.
Do I need to be a Member to host a celebration at the Club?
No, membership is not required. Non-members are welcome to host private events at the Club. Members enjoy waived room fees as part of their benefits.
Is outside catering allowed?
Yes. Outside catering is allowed for private events at Piedmont Club for an additional fee. Contact our private events team for details on catering guidelines, vendor requirements, and pricing.
What are your capacity limits and event spaces?
Our event spaces include The Library, which can accommodate up to 16 guests for a sit-down meeting, reception, or cocktail-style gathering, and features a built-in screen and projector system. We also feature The Ballroom, which can accommodate up to 160 guests, features floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the 18th fairway and expansive back patio, and can be portioned off for more intimate groups.
Can I bring in outside vendors for décor or entertainment?
Yes. We welcome outside vendors for décor, entertainment, catering, and photography. We also have trusted preferred vendors we can recommend.
Do you provide food and beverage service?
Yes. Our culinary team creates custom menus, from brunches and casual buffets to elegant plated dinners and cocktail receptions.

Yes. We offer private club intimacy where you are the only event taking place at the time, along with wedding-day amenities such as setup access throughout the entire day, a bridal suite, a large wooden dance floor, and photo access to the golf course.
Do you offer wedding packages?
Yes. We offer thoughtfully designed packages that can be tailored to your vision, from intimate gatherings to grand celebrations.
Is catering provided in-house?
Yes. Our culinary team creates custom menus, from plated dinners to cocktail-style receptions.
Can I schedule a rehearsal at the Club?
Absolutely. Rehearsals are included with your package and scheduled in coordination with our event team.
Do you provide décor or rentals?
We include tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, and setup. Specialty décor and upgrades can be arranged upon request.
Do I need to be a Member to have my wedding at the Club?
No. Weddings and events are open to Members and non-members alike.
Can we bring in outside vendors?
