OUR STORY

Magnolia Creek opened in 2000 with a vision of bringing a distinctive golf experience to the Texas Gulf Coast. Designed by acclaimed golf course architect Thomas Clark, the Club features three championship nine-hole courses inspired by the landscapes and playing traditions of England, Scotland, and Ireland. Over the years, Magnolia Creek has become a respected destination for championship golf, hosting competitive events and qualifying tournaments.

Today, that vision continues to define Magnolia Creek: a Club known for exceptional golf and a close-knit community where generations of Members come together to play, dine, and create lasting memories.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is the dress code?
Resort-casual in the clubhouse; proper golf or tennis attire on the courses and courts. Soft-spike golf shoes only. Fitness apparel is for the gym; swimwear requires a cover-up outside the pool area. Please avoid ripped denim, cut-offs, and gym wear in dining spaces.
How do I schedule a tour of the Club?
Reach out to our Membership Team to book an appointment - use the inquiry form, call the Club, or email your preferred date/time. Private tours are scheduled throughout the week.
Are non-members able to dine at the Club?
Dining is reserved for Members and their invited guests. From time to time, we host select ticketed events; availability is announced in advance.
Can I bring a guest to the Club?
Yes. Guests are welcome when accompanied by a Member (or pre-registered), and standard guest fees/policies apply. Please check in at reception or the appropriate shop on arrival.
What makes the Club unique?
Magnolia Creek is one of the only private clubs in the Houston area offering 27 holes of true links-style golf; three distinct nine-hole championship courses, each inspired by a different golfing tradition of the British Isles: Ireland, Scotland, and England.
Does the club only offer golf memberships?
No. We offer a variety of membership options with different levels of access and benefits to fit your needs and lifestyle.
What amenities does the Club offer?
Magnolia Creek features 27 holes of British Isles-inspired links golf, an expansive 22-acre practice facility with TrackMan technology, and clubhouse dining at The Lone Pine Grill. Members also enjoy access to tennis courts, a swimming pool, fitness amenities, private event spaces, and reciprocal privileges across the nationwide Invited network.
Do Members have access to other Clubs?
Yes. Through our XLife benefits, you gain access to a national network of 350+ private clubs and special privileges at partner resorts, hotels, and city clubs across the country.
Is there childcare or drop-off programming?
Yes, the Club offers childcare and drop-off programs. Members are encouraged to contact the Club for availability and details.
Do kids have supervised or dedicated space while parents use the facilities?
Yes. The Club offers a welcoming, family-friendly environment with opportunities for children to enjoy activities while parents take advantage of the Club’s amenities.
What programs are available for kids at the club?
The Club provides year‑round youth programs with age‑appropriate activities designed to inspire fun, learning, and meaningful engagement.
Do you have summer or seasonal camps?
