Family Program

Lochmere Golf Club has family memberships available. We encourage families to come out and see the friendly neighborhood atmosphere. There are always men, women and children striking golf shots on the range or playing nine holes during the day. Lochmere Golf Club is a US Kids' family course that provides shorter yardages for the junior players to learn and enjoy playing.

Juniors Program

Lochmere has an extensive junior golf program, especially during the summer. There are numerous junior clinics scheduled throughout the summer. We have instructors who specialize in all age groups and golfing abilities. Programs are developed to meet the needs and wishes of our junior golfers. Lochmere serves as the home course for the Boys and Girls Athens Drive High School Golf Team. Many high school players are Members of the Club and practice and play every day. Our Junior program utilizes the Crush It program.

Beginners Program

We have a great practice facility. It is a favorite place for many to work on their golf game and learn about it. Lochmere is the place to start your golf instruction. We have qualified teaching professionals who know how to teach and how to make you feel comfortable while learning. Group lessons are available by contacting the golf shop.

Tournaments

Our leagues provide some of the most exciting golf tournaments around. Here, you’ll play challenging rounds, meet fellow Members, and, with any luck, win some great prizes.

Leagues

We host a Ladies' Golf League, Senior Men's League, and a Thursday Night 9-Hole League.
