Aqua Fit is a challenging water workout, fit for everyone, especially those with joint ailments or injuries. The class begins with a gentle warm-up in the pool's 86-degree water. From there, you'll ease into the exercises using your own body weight, water resistance dumbbells, noodles, and other water resistant equipment. This 60-minute cardio and resistance training class will have you splashing your way to improved strength and overall refreshment.

Functional fitness training is a type of strength training that prepares your body for daily activities. These exercises equip you for the most important type of physical fitness, the kind that preps you for real-life, daily living stuff like bending, twisting, lifting, loading, pushing, pulling, squatting and hauling. Most functional fitness contains multi-joint movement patterns that involve your knees, hips, spine, elbows, wrists, and shoulders, which all build strength and improve your range of motion along with mobility for racquet sports and golf. This class will benefit the individual looking to warm-up or cool-down after playing racquet sports like tennis and pickleball or even before playing golf.

Saturday Qigong with Anthony 10-10:50am
What is Qigong? Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that has been used for thousands of years. It is a type of meditative discipline centered around the traditional Chinese medicine belief that Qi, or energy, must flow throughout the body to achieve and maintain health. The practice of Qigong involves the use of slow, deliberate movements and relaxed breathing patterns to encourage the flow of Qi. This prevents stagnation of the body's energy, which is thought to lead to health problems. It is also used to help relax the mind. The movements in Qigong are low-impact and easy on the joints and muscles. The movement is not fast enough to increase the heart rate, which means it does not serve as cardiovascular exercise. Instead, the main benefits are encouraging the flow of Qi, or energy, and improving circulation, balance, spinal alignment, and strength. No weights are used in a Qigong class. Strength is built by engaging the whole body in gentle movements. These movements also encourage muscle control.

Are you interested in Yoga but not interested in getting onto the floor? Then this class is for you! Everybody can do Yoga using chairs for sitting and standing; individuals who need to support for balance and safety; individuals recovering from illness or injury or have problems with knees and hips; or for anyone interested in learning more ways to improve balance, strength, and flexibility. This fun class offers the use of light weights, along with resistance bands. Adults – all ages, levels, and abilities welcome. *Chairs are provided. Personal chairs are prohibited. *

Aqua Fit is a challenging water workout, fit for everyone, especially those with joint ailments or injuries. The class begins with a gentle warm-up in the pool's 86-degree water. From there, you'll ease into the exercises using your own body weight, water resistance dumbbells, noodles, and other water resistant equipment. This 60-minute cardio and resistance training class will have you splashing your way to improved strength and overall refreshment.

The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. Functional fitness training is a type of strength training that prepares your body for daily activities. These exercises equip you for the most important type of physical fitness, the kind that preps you for real-life, daily living stuff like bending, twisting, lifting, loading, pushing, pulling, squatting and hauling. Most functional fitness contains multi-joint movement patterns that involve your knees, hips, spine, elbows, wrists, and shoulders, which all build strength and improve your range of motion along with mobility for racquet sports and golf. This class will benefit the individual looking to warm-up or cool-down after playing racquet sports like tennis and pickleball or even before playing golf.

Saturday Qigong with Anthony 10-10:50am
What is Qigong? Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that has been used for thousands of years. It is a type of meditative discipline centered around the traditional Chinese medicine belief that Qi, or energy, must flow throughout the body to achieve and maintain health. The practice of Qigong involves the use of slow, deliberate movements and relaxed breathing patterns to encourage the flow of Qi. This prevents stagnation of the body's energy, which is thought to lead to health problems. It is also used to help relax the mind. The movements in Qigong are low-impact and easy on the joints and muscles. The movement is not fast enough to increase the heart rate, which means it does not serve as cardiovascular exercise. Instead, the main benefits are encouraging the flow of Qi, or energy, and improving circulation, balance, spinal alignment, and strength. No weights are used in a Qigong class. Strength is built by engaging the whole body in gentle movements. These movements also encourage muscle control.

Aqua Fit is a challenging water workout, fit for everyone, especially those with joint ailments or injuries. The class begins with a gentle warm-up in the pool's 86-degree water. This 60-minute cardio and resistance training class will have you splashing your way to improved strength and overall refreshment.

Wednesday Barre Bootcamp with Brittany 8-8:50am
This class uses a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. Do not be surprised if your class incorporates light handheld weights to bring the burn during all those reps, as well as mats for targeted core work, fitness balls, and resistant bands.
