Do I need to be a Member to book an event at the Club?
No, membership is not required. Non-members are welcome to host private events at the Club. Members enjoy waived room fees as part of their benefits.
Do you require a minimum guest count or spend?
Minimums vary by space, date, and time of day. Our team will work with you to customize options that fit your guest list and budget.
Do you have vendor restrictions?
We welcome outside vendors, though all custom culinary catering, beverage menus, and bar services must be managed in-house by our executive chef and internal service staff.
Is a day-of coordinator included?
Yes. Every event includes the support of our private events staff to ensure your day runs seamlessly.
Can we hold a date before signing a contract?
We can place a temporary hold on your preferred date for a short time, giving you the chance to confirm details before signing.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance for weddings and large events, and at least 2-3 months ahead for smaller gatherings.
Do you provide catering and bar service?
Yes. Our culinary team offers custom menus and beverage packages tailored to your event.

No. All food and beverage service is provided by our in-house culinary team to ensure quality and consistency.

Our spaces range from intimate private dining rooms to grand layout options. We feature indoor banquet capacities for up to 85 guests and outdoor event space capacities that can easily support up to 150 guests for social celebrations.
What types of social events can I host at your Club?
We host everything from milestone birthdays and anniversaries to showers, reunions, and holiday parties.
Can I bring in outside vendors for décor or entertainment?
Yes. While all catering and bar services are provided by the Club, we welcome outside vendors for décor, entertainment, and photography. We also have trusted preferred vendors we can recommend.
Do you provide food and beverage service?
Yes. Our culinary team creates custom menus, from brunches and casual buffets to elegant plated dinners and cocktail receptions.

Yes. We specialize in designing corporate experiences that blend business with camaraderie, including formal business dinners, team-building sessions, employee play days, custom client golf outings on our Gary Player course, and corporate pickleball competitions.
Do you have AV equipment available?
Yes. We provide AV setup, WiFi, and presentation support to make meetings and conferences seamless.

Our indoor facilities can accommodate meeting layouts and corporate dinners for up to 85 guests, while our outdoor terrace and lawn spaces support corporate receptions or golf award events for up to 150 attendees.

Can I schedule a rehearsal at the Club?
Absolutely. Rehearsals are included with your package and scheduled in coordination with our event team.

We include tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, and setup. Our outdoor wedding settings feature beautiful stone walkways, flowering plants, green grass, and romantic moss-filled trees.
Do I need to be a Member to have my wedding at the Club?
No. Weddings and events are open to Members and non-members alike.
Can we bring in outside vendors?
Yes. You’re welcome to bring your preferred vendors such as florists, photographers, and entertainment. We’re happy to provide recommendations if needed.
