As we are one of the very few Long Island venues that orchestrates only one event at a time, we have the pleasure to offer our clients off premise catering with dietary or cultural expectations including the capability to customize our Wedding Menu along with offering many different alternatives based on client budget and vision.

The Hamlet offers sweeping views of our spectacular golf course, gardens, fountains for all those interested in outdoor ceremonies and or cocktails including our main Ballroom and Cocktail suites.
