Country Club of Hilton Head was established in 1986 inside Hilton Head Plantation, anchored by an original Rees Jones golf course and designed as a private place to play, gather and enjoy the Lowcountry. Over the decades, golf has remained central to the Club, while tennis, fitness, swimming, dining and Member programming have broadened the ways people make CCHH part of their lives.
A Club changes over forty years. The reason people keep returning does not. Regular golf games become friendships. Tennis partners become dinner companions. A favorite event becomes something you look forward to every year. And over time, the staff and Members you know by name are what make the Club feel like your own.
Some traditions happen once a year. Others happen every week. Member golf events, wine gatherings, trivia nights, speakers, social groups and seasonal celebrations create recurring moments that give life at the Club its rhythm.
