Meet Our Executive Chef

Executive Chef Greg Epperson brings a global perspective to Centre Club, shaped by more than three decades in kitchens across the United States, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia. Raised on a farm in Tennessee and trained at Johnson & Wales University, his career has taken him from Russia and Kazakhstan to Ukraine (where he helped open five restaurants and a five-star hotel), and back to the U.S., leading kitchens from Charlotte to Tampa.

At Centre Club, Chef Epperson draws on those wide-ranging influences while keeping his focus closer to home, with innovative, locally inspired cuisine and seasonal flavors. From business lunches and Member dinners to signature events and special celebrations, he and his culinary team create a culinary experience like no other in the Tampa Bay area.
