Galentine's Day Edition - Self-Care Sunday

Join us for a special Galentine's Day edition of Self-Care Sunday! Enjoy the same spa treatment with special Valentine's Day surprises! Sunday is typically the day of the week that we spend preparing for the week ahead. We run errands, clean the house, wash the clothes, go to the grocery store, spend time with family, go to church and usually by the end of the day, we are not rested or recharged. We are exhausted and feel like the week has already begun! Instead, let's create a new Sunday Self-Care practice! Due to the unbelievable popularity of the Bad Moms Golf Club, Brookstone's wonderful Director of Racquet Sports, Terry Gratz, is gathering all the ladies who have never served up an ace or crushed that forehand (or any tennis skill for that matter), OR those who want a refresher or a chance to enhance their tennis skills. Kids Sports Conditioning Express

Kids Sports Conditioning Express w/ Vickie - Kids Sports Conditioning - This class is designed for athletes of all sports. It focuses on cardio conditioning, power, and strength using your child's body weight. It includes an active warm-up, linear and lateral speed development, power development, quickness, plyometrics (jumping), and core strengthening. The class is 30 minutes.
