Kids Sports Conditioning Express w/ Vickie - is designed for athletes of all sports. It focuses on cardio conditioning, power, and strength using your child's body weight. Speed and Agility Clinic
Speed and Agility Clinic w/ Eli- Speed training, power, and agility are the essential elements for success in ALL sports. With an increased awareness of how to maximize these disciplines, athletes will be able to further their potential in their respective sports. Each one-hour session includes technique instruction for speed and agility enhancement, with fun challenges and performance tests. Measured performances include the 40-yard dash, vertical jump, broad jump, and 20-meter shuttle (3 cone drill). TRI FOR FUN! Kids & Family Triatholon Training
BROOKSTONE KIDS/FAMILY - TRI FOR FUN Join us in June for a fun triathlon training geared to kids but fun for adults if you want to join your kids for a family event. After three weeks of triathlon training and instruction, we are going to Tri for Fun, which is a fun, untimed triathlon focused on finishing and having fun. All participants will earn a t-shirt! Training is geared for ages 7-13, but parents are welcome to join us! BrookFIT Tri for Fun is a four-week training focused on swimming, biking, running and transitions. Each week will focus on one element of the triathlon. A training schedule will be provided so each individual can continue conditioning on their own. VIEW DETAILS AND OUR FULL FLYER HERE! TRAINING DETAILS: Kids ages 7-10 will swim 100 meters, bike 3 miles, and run ½ mile | Kids ages 11-13 will swim 200 meters, bike 3 miles, and run 1 mile Each week will focus on one element of the triathlon: This is Week 2: Work on biking and transitions Pricing: $40 | One Individual $65 | Two Family Members $100 | Family (includes 4 family members – add $20 for each additional family Member) A RESPONSIBLE ADULT MUST BE PRESENT ON-SITE FOR ALL SESSIONS! Speed and Agility Clinic w/ Eli- Speed training, power, and agility are the essential elements for success in ALL sports. With an increased awareness of how to maximize these disciplines, athletes will be able to further their potential in their respective sports. Each one-hour session includes technique instruction for speed and agility enhancement, with fun challenges and performance tests. Measured performances include the 40-yard dash, vertical jump, broad jump, and 20-meter shuttle (3 cone drill). TRI FOR FUN! Kids & Family Triatholon Training
BROOKSTONE KIDS/FAMILY - TRI FOR FUN Join us in June for a fun triathlon training geared to kids but fun for adults if you want to join your kids for a family event. After three weeks of triathlon training and instruction, we are going to Tri for Fun, which is a fun, untimed triathlon focused on finishing and having fun. All participants will earn a t-shirt! Training is geared for ages 7-13, but parents are welcome to join us! BrookFIT Tri for Fun is a four-week training focused on swimming, biking, running and transitions. Each week will focus on one element of the triathlon. A training schedule will be provided so each individual can continue conditioning on their own. VIEW DETAILS AND OUR FULL FLYER HERE! TRAINING DETAILS: Kids ages 7-10 will swim 100 meters, bike 3 miles, and run ½ mile | Kids ages 11-13 will swim 200 meters, bike 3 miles, and run 1 mile Each week will focus on one element of the triathlon, this is Week 3: Spend in the Brookstone pool learning how to swim in a triathlon and transition out of the pool to the bike. BROOKSTONE SUMMER CAMP! Let our Golf, Fitness, and Tennis Professionals help your kids have fun, develop new skills, and make new memories! Using the latest in techniques, we will help each student develop a passion for the game, and fitness. Our experienced team will incorporate a variety of drills and games to help each player develop in a fun environment. Speed and Agility Clinic w/ Eli- Speed training, power, and agility are the essential elements for success in ALL sports. With an increased awareness of how to maximize these disciplines, athletes will be able to further their potential in their respective sports. Each one-hour session includes technique instruction for speed and agility enhancement, with fun challenges and performance tests. BROOKSTONE KIDS/FAMILY - TRI FOR FUN This is the moment you've been training for! The Untimed Triathlon. All members welcome whether you participated in the training or not. Entry fee: TBA Training is geared for ages 7-13, but parents are welcome to join us! BrookFIT Tri for Fun is a four-week training focused on swimming, biking, running and transitions. Each week will focus on one element of the triathlon. A training schedule will be provided so each individual can continue conditioning on their own. VIEW DETAILS AND OUR FULL FLYER HERE! Speed and Agility Clinic w/ Eli- Speed training, power, and agility are the essential elements for success in ALL sports. TRI FOR FUN! Kids & Family Triatholon Training
BROOKSTONE KIDS/FAMILY - TRI FOR FUN Join us in June for a fun triathlon training geared to kids but fun for adults if you want to join your kids for a family event. After three weeks of triathlon training and instruction, we are going to Tri for Fun, which is a fun, untimed triathlon focused on finishing and having fun. All participants will earn a t-shirt! Training is geared for ages 7-13, but parents are welcome to join us! BrookFIT Tri for Fun is a four-week training focused on swimming, biking, running and transitions. Each week will focus on one element of the triathlon. A training schedule will be provided so each individual can continue conditioning on their own. VIEW DETAILS AND OUR FULL FLYER HERE! TRAINING DETAILS: Kids ages 7-10 will swim 100 meters, bike 3 miles, and run ½ mile | Kids ages 11-13 will swim 200 meters, bike 3 miles, and run 1 mile Each week will focus on one element of the triathlon: This is Week 2: Work on biking and transitions Pricing: $40 | One Individual $65 | Two Family Members $100 | Family (includes 4 family members – add $20 for each additional family Member) A RESPONSIBLE ADULT MUST BE PRESENT ON-SITE FOR ALL SESSIONS! BROOKSTONE SUMMER CAMP! Let our Golf, Fitness, and Tennis Professionals help your kids have fun, develop new skills, and make new memories! Using the latest in techniques, we will help each student develop a passion for the game, and fitness. Our experienced team will incorporate a variety of drills and games to help each player develop in a fun environment. Speed and Agility Clinic
Speed and Agility Clinic w/ Eli- Speed training, power, and agility are the essential elements for success in ALL sports. With an increased awareness of how to maximize these disciplines, athletes will be able to further their potential in their respective sports. Each one-hour session includes technique instruction for speed and agility enhancement, with fun challenges and performance tests. Measured performances include the 40-yard dash, vertical jump, broad jump, and 20-meter shuttle (3 cone drill).
