Do I need to be a member to book an event at Anthem?

Is a day-of coordinator included?
Yes. A dedicated private event director is included with all bookings, ensuring every detail is managed from setup to last guest departure.
Do you require a minimum guest count or spend?
Minimums vary by room and event type. Our team will work with you to find the best space and package for your needs.
Do you have vendor restrictions?
We welcome outside vendors, though catering and bar services must be provided by Anthem. We also have preferred vendors to recommend for photography, florals, music, and more.
How much does it cost to rent event space at Anthem?
Our prices vary depending on the size of the space, time of the event, number of guests, and factors such as food and drink. Our events team will be happy to provide you with an estimate.
Can we hold a date before signing a contract?
Yes, we can place a tentative hold for a short period to give you time to finalize details before securing with a signed agreement and deposit.
How far in advance should we book?
For weddings and large events, we recommend 9–12 months in advance. Smaller gatherings and corporate events can often be arranged with shorter notice, though earlier booking ensures the best availability.
Do I need to be a member to host a corporate event at Anthem?
No membership is required. Anyone can host a meeting, retreat, or celebration. Members, however, enjoy waived room fees and additional perks.

Do you offer wedding packages?
Yes. We offer a selection of customizable wedding packages designed for everything from intimate ceremonies to large celebrations. Our team can tailor the details to fit your style, size, and budget.
Is catering provided in-house?
Yes. All food and beverage services are handled by our in-house culinary team. We create custom menus for plated dinners, buffets, cocktail-style receptions, and special dietary needs.
Do you provide décor or rentals?
We provide tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, flatware, and basic setup and breakdown. Enhancements and specialty décor can be arranged through us or coordinated with your preferred vendors.
Can I schedule a rehearsal at the Club?
Absolutely. Rehearsals are coordinated with our Private Events team and can be scheduled based on availability as part of your wedding package.
