Do I need to be a Member to book an event at the Club?
No, membership is not required. Non-members are welcome to host private events at the Club. Members enjoy waived room fees as part of their benefits.
Do you require a minimum guest count or spend?
Minimums vary by space, date, and time of day. Our team will work with you to customize options that fit your guest list and budget.
Can we hold a date before signing a contract?
We can place a temporary hold on your preferred date for a short time, giving you the chance to confirm details before signing.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance for weddings and large events, and at least 2-3 months ahead for smaller gatherings.
Do you provide catering and bar service?
Yes. Our culinary team offers custom menus and beverage packages tailored to your event.
What kinds of events can I host?
From weddings and milestone celebrations to corporate outings and private dinners, the Club offers flexible spaces for gatherings of all sizes and styles.
Do you have vendor restrictions?
We welcome outside vendors, though catering and bar services must be provided by the Club. We also have preferred vendors to recommend for photography, florals, music, and more.
Is an event coordinator included?
Yes. Every event includes a dedicated private events team to ensure your occasion runs smoothly.
Do I need to be a Member to host a celebration at the Club?
No, membership is not required. Non-members are welcome to host private events at the Club. Members enjoy waived room fees as part of their benefits.
Is outside catering allowed?
No. All food and beverage service is provided by our in-house culinary team to ensure quality and consistency. However, we may be able to accommodate exceptions for certain cultural or religious cuisine when we are unable to provide an appropriate option in-house. Please reach out to our Event Sales Team to discuss your specific needs and available options.
How many guests can you accommodate?
The Club features customizable event rooms that accommodate intimate groups up to celebrations of 180 guests.
Can I bring in outside vendors for décor or entertainment?
Yes. While all catering and bar services are provided by the Club, we welcome outside vendors for décor, entertainment, and photography. We also have trusted preferred vendors we can recommend.
What types of social events can I host at your Club?
We host everything from milestone birthdays and anniversaries to showers, reunions, and holiday parties.
Do you provide food and beverage service?
Yes. Our culinary team creates custom menus, from brunches and casual buffets to elegant plated dinners and cocktail receptions.

Our signature event space, the Valley View Room, offers stunning second-floor views and a versatile setting for larger celebrations. For an alfresco experience, the Celebration Lawn provides a beautiful outdoor setting. For smaller celebrations, intimate gatherings, or corporate meetings, the Bell Tower Room and Lake View Room offer comfortable and flexible spaces.
Do you have AV equipment available?
Yes, full AV packages are available for rent, and rooms feature complimentary WiFi.

How many weddings do you host per day?
The Club is committed to hosting only one wedding per day to ensure complete focus on your celebration.
Can I host both my ceremony and reception at the Club?
Yes. With a variety of venues, we can accommodate both your ceremony and reception in one beautiful setting.
Do you offer wedding packages?
Yes. We offer thoughtfully designed packages that can be tailored to your vision, from intimate gatherings to grand celebrations.
Do I need to be a Member to have my wedding at the Club?
No. Weddings and events are open to Members and non-members alike.
