HOLE-BY-HOLE

1st Hole

Par 4 · 332

Pro’s Tip:
The first hole is a relatively straight Par 4 with trees down the entire left side and a green guarded by bunkers. A drive down the right middle of the fairway leaves you with the option to either fly one onto the green or run it. The keeping the approach short of the flagstick will give every one a great opportunity to two putt.

Tee 1: 332

Tee 2: 316

Tee 3: 306

Tee 4: 300

2nd Hole

Par 4 · 376

Pro’s Tip:
Hole number two, is a dogleg right Par 4 that demands a well placed tee shot that is far enough to the left side of the fairway to allow for an open look for an approach. The miss here is short with the green running back to front with some ungulating slope accross the greens entireity.

Tee 1: 376

Tee 2: 362

Tee 3: 346

Tee 4: 310

3rd Hole

Par 3 · 190

Pro’s Tip:
Hole number three, is a downhill par 3 that plays about 6 yards shorter with the elevation change wind permitting, the one big thing that will put us in a predicament would be going long of the green. Middle of the green is the best place to be with the hope of making a par.

Tee 1: 190

Tee 2: 180

Tee 3: 162

Tee 4: 156

4th Hole

Par 5 · 508

Pro’s Tip:
Hole number four, is a true three shot Par 5 with the first shot needing to go a maximum of 195 yards. For those big hitters out there the line is the left side of the bridge that connects the fairway. Second shot would be favorable down the middle of the second fairway to a yardage that is comfortable to approach from. The third shot may be the toughest with this green having 4 distinct quadrants, try to remain below the hole.

Tee 1: 545

Tee 2: 497

Tee 3: 485

Tee 4: 452

5th Hole

Par 4 · 386

Pro’s Tip:
Hole number five is a hard dog leg left that has a bunker directly in the line to try and cut off length. Ride side of the bunker opens up the green for the second shot. The second shot should be played 3-4 yards further with the upslope. This green slopes from back right to front left, the miss is left side.

Tee 1: 386

Tee 2: 368

Tee 3: 354

Tee 4: 289

6th Hole

Par 3 · 207

Pro’s Tip:
Hole number six, the signature par 3 for the Master's Golf Course. This hole features a forced carry over water to a peninsula that slopes from left to right. Unfortunately, there isn't a miss but long keeps you out of the lake. A par is a very, very respectable score on this hole regardless of tee or ability level.

Tee 1: 185

Tee 2: 169

Tee 3: 152

Tee 4: 128

7th Hole

Par 4 · 375

Pro’s Tip:
Hole number seven, a slight dog leg right par 4 with bunkers down the left of the fairway. Perfect drive would favor left middle of the fairway. The second shot goes into a green that is split by a ridge left side running right to left from the back to the front and the right side runs almost directly left to right and is quite fast. Two putts here is a well played green. The miss is short in the front left opening up the green for an up and down attempt.

Tee 1: 375

Tee 2: 365

Tee 3: 356

Tee 4: 347

8th Hole

Par 5 · 527

Pro’s Tip:
Hole number eight, is a 3 shot par five that requires some accuracy and distance control. To leave your second shot at 260 yards in either the left or right fairways would have been the perfect drive. The second shot leaves options of whether to go for it or to lay up to a preferred yardage. This is a very narrow green and needs to be approached with a shot at the middle of the green. Pin hunting here is a tough nut to crack.

Tee 1: 527

Tee 2: 509

Tee 3: 489

Tee 4: 443

9th Hole

Par 4 · 400

Pro’s Tip:
Hole number nine, a slightly uphill par 4 that requires a tee shot that favors the drive on the left side of the fairway. This green features a two tiered green that has about 6 feet of undulation change from back to front. From the fairway without the wind it will play about 3 yards up hill. Your miss here depends on where the pin is, front pin short is awesome for an up and down opportunity, middle or back its much better to miss it front right in order to avoid the bigger part of the ridge.

Tee 1: 400

Tee 2: 383

Tee 3: 377

Tee 4: 337

10th Hole

Par 4 · 416

Pro’s Tip:
Hole number ten, a long par 4, where leaving it 160 yards out in the left center puts the second shot in the perfect position. This leaves a shot to a raised green guarded by a bunker over a creek that provides a very picturesque background. The perfect shot would be the center of a large green that slopes from high left to low right. The miss here is short right in the fridge running up to the green.

Tee 1: 416

Tee 2: 404

Tee 3: 392

Tee 4: 346

11th Hole

Par 3 · 195

Pro’s Tip:
Hole number eleven, is an uphill par 3 that features a expansive green with undulation running throughout. Depending on wind it plays about 10 yards more with the upslope. Short left is the miss leaving an uphill chip to any of the various pin locations.

Tee 1: 195

Tee 2: 168

Tee 3: 137

Tee 4: 121

12th Hole

Par 5 · 618

Pro’s Tip:
Hole number twelve, a long dog leg left par five where the perfect drive favors the right center of the fairway to keep the trees from being in your way. The second shot is played to your preferred yardage for the approach and if the lumber in the bag can get it there swing away. This green is relatively open but has trouble with the bunker in the front left. Right side is the miss and short allows for a full green to work with.

Tee 1: 618

Tee 2: 574

Tee 3: 554

Tee 4: 446

13th Hole

Par 4 · 403

Pro’s Tip:
Hole number thirteen, is a slight dogleg left Par 4. There is a bunker down the right side that's guarded by a tree making it nearly impossible to hit the green. The best play to hit the tee ball would be anywhere left of the bunker in the fairway. The second shot is into a green that slopes from back left to front right with some slight undulation changes. Middle of this green allows a good look for a 1 putt. Miss is front right.

Tee 1: 403

Tee 2: 393

Tee 3: 379

Tee 4: 328

14th Hole

Par 4 · 403

Pro’s Tip:
Hole number fourteen, A par 4 with a tree of the to the left of the tee box, perfect drive favors the right middle of the favor. The second shot plays into a green that wraps around a bunker that slopes from the middle. This second shot plays the number and left is the miss. A two putt here is well earned.

Tee 1: 420

Tee 2: 394

Tee 3: 375

Tee 4: 323

15th Hole

Par 4 · 358

Pro’s Tip:
Hole number fifteen, A par 4 with an open tee shot that favors the right side of the fairway. This green slopes from the top left side of the green all the way around from front to back. This is a hole where paying attention to our yardage is a must, the only place we will find ourselves in a positive position is short left.

Tee 1: 358

Tee 2: 343

Tee 3: 329

Tee 4: 321

16th Hole

Par 5 · 508

Pro’s Tip:
Hole number sixteen, A par 5 where middle of the fairway is the best option but a miss is not super penalized as long as it in bounds. Second shot needs to be play to a likable approach yardage or to the middle of the green. This green has undulations running both off the front and back. The best opportunity for getting it close is using your best judgement and trusting it.

Tee 1: 508

Tee 2: 494

Tee 3: 485

Tee 4: 439

17th Hole

Par 3 · 194

Pro’s Tip:
Hole number seventeen, a par 3 with a forced carry where hitting it the number is of big importance. There is a large landing area ahead of the green that is the best miss, because it allows an open green space to play a number of shots. If we can get a good gage on the number to play it just short of any pin on this green will allow for a competitive chance at birdie.

Tee 1: 194

Tee 2: 176

Tee 3: 158

Tee 4: 131

18th Hole

Par 4 · 414

Pro’s Tip:
Hole number eighteen, a Par four with a demanding tee shot. The optimum spot on this is left side of the fairway hugging the left tree line. The second shot into this green is a bit daunting with double bunkers on the left forcing us to look to the right side. This green also slopes hard right to left so a shot to the side isn't the worst thing. It does play about 3 yards uphill, best miss would be left past the bunkers or short right in the fringe.

Tee 1: 414

Tee 2: 394

Tee 3: 350

Tee 4: 303
