About Stacy
Stacy has lived in Tucson for 10 years with her family and is originally from Pennsylvania. She has lived in New Jersey and Saint Louis and has always enjoyed the adventure of moving. She has spent most of her career working in the retail industry, staying home to raise her three children, and over the past seven years working for a large church here in Tucson. She has extensive Finance, Accounting, and Customer service experience. She is looking forward to getting to know all of our members and is always available to help you with your billing questions. Stacy has been married to her husband Mark for 22 years and they have 3 children, 2 dogs, and a bunch of fish. Her family certainly keeps her busy when she isn’t at work, but she loves reading, doing puzzles and watching scary movies. She is always ready with a warm greeting and happy smile.

About Danny
Danny Perez, a Mexican immigrant, arrived in the US at the age of 10. He faced challenges adapting to the new culture, but he developed a deep affection for Tucson, Arizona and its unique culture. Spending time with his grandfather in the kitchen, Danny witnessed the intentional and purposeful way his grandfather cooked, inspiring him to pursue a culinary career. Starting at Café Mélange in Tucson at 18, Danny quickly assumed a leadership role as his passion for cooking grew. He furthered his culinary education by attending the Le Cordon Bleu Program at Scottsdale Culinary School. Returning to Tucson, he held various restaurant management positions before joining JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa as a supervisor at Signature Grill Restaurant. Through dedication and teamwork, he progressed from Chef De Cuisine to Executive Chef, earning accolades like winning Iron Chef Tucson in 2015 and 2016. Although leaving Marriott after 12 years was difficult, Danny transitioned to Shamrock Foods, utilizing his expertise and enthusiasm for food to achieve success in sales. In 2018, he seized the opportunity to create an exceptional menu at The Gallery Golf Club. Later, he took on a leadership role at The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa, where he pushed culinary boundaries and formed local partnerships. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, Danny successfully led the resort's F&B team during the reopening process.
