Do I need to be a Member to host an event?
No membership is required. The Clubs of Peachtree City and Newnan allow both Members and non-Members to host private events, meetings, and celebrations at the Club.
What event spaces are available?
Choose from many different indoor and outdoor settings across the clubs. We can host events large and small, indoors or outside. Get in touch with our team and we'll show you all we have available.
Can you provide catering and bar service?
Yes. Our executive chefs and culinary teams offer customizable menus ranging from gourmet plated dinners to themed buffets and cocktail receptions paired with full bar service.
Do you offer audio-visual or meeting support for corporate events?
Yes. We can provide A/V equipment, projection screens, and Wi-Fi access, along with setup and technical support to ensure your meeting or presentation runs seamlessly.
Is there parking available for guests?
Yes. Complimentary self-parking is available on-site, with convenient access for both guests and vendors.
Who will assist with planning my event?
Our experienced private events team will coordinate every detail from room layouts and décor to catering and timing so your event is effortless and unforgettable.
Do I have access to all five clubs with one membership?
Yes. Membership at The Clubs of Peachtree City and Newnan includes access to five distinct clubs - Braelinn, Canongate, Flat Creek, White Oak and Whitewater Creek offering unique golf, sports, dining, and social experiences.
What types of memberships are available?
We offer a range of options, including Full Golf and Social memberships. Each is designed to fit your lifestyle and level of activity.
Do I have to be a resident of Peachtree City or Newnan to join?
Not at all. Membership is open to both local residents and those from surrounding communities.
Can families be included in one membership?
Yes. Most memberships extend privileges to your spouse and dependent children under the age of 26, making it easy for the whole family to enjoy the club together.
Are there social and dining benefits beyond golf?
Absolutely. Members enjoy year-round social events, dining at multiple club restaurants, fitness and aquatics facilities, and access to pickleball and tennis programs.

Do I need to be a member to host a golf event at The Clubs of Peachtree City and Newnan?
No membership is required. Anyone can host a charity tournament, corporate outing, or special event on our courses. Members do, however, enjoy waived room fees and additional perks.
What kinds of golf events can you accommodate?
We host everything from large-scale charity tournaments and professional-level play to corporate outings, groomsmen events, team-building days, and fun formats like Glow Golf.
How many players can you accommodate?
We can host intimate outings of a few foursomes all the way up to full-field tournaments with 144 players or more.
What’s included when I book a golf event?
Our team handles all the essentials: professional bag drop, cart staging, personalized scorecards, sponsor signage, on-course contests, and professional scoring. We also offer food & beverage services, prizes, and post-round receptions.
Do you offer catering or receptions after play?
Yes. Our executive chef can create custom menus—from boxed lunches and on-course snacks to full banquet receptions—so your event ends on a high note.
Can you help with prizes or branded merchandise?
Absolutely. We can provide personalized merchandise, tournament prizes, and even hole-in-one packages to make your event stand out.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance for large tournaments, especially in peak season, to secure your preferred date and course. Smaller outings can often be arranged with less notice.
