$15,000 Initiation Fee | $765 Monthly Dues

Full access for Member, spouse, and dependent children under age 26 to all golf, tennis, swimming, dining and social facilities at Planterra Club and The Clubs of Peachtree City and Newnan, except HOA owned pool and tennis at Whitewater Creek Country Club. PLUS 50% off daily dining (excludes alcohol & special events) and extended golf benefits when you travel.*

Limited Golf XLife

$7,500 Initiation Fee | $615 Monthly Dues

Limited golf access from Sunday noon to Friday noon for Member, spouse, and dependent children under age 26 at Planterra Club, full golf access at The Clubs of Peachtree City and Newnan, plus full access to all tennis, swimming, dining and social facilities at Planterra Club and The Clubs of Peachtree City and Newnan, except HOA owned pool and tennis at Whitewater Creek Country Club. Golf access is subject to availability. Planterra Limited Golf Members may only participate in any “club within the club” or Club sponsored tournaments that tee off during allowable playing times.

$1,000 Initiation Fee | $190 Monthly Dues
