Electric Night Putting Contest

  1. General. The Electric Night Putting Contest (the “Competition”) at Tampa Palms Golf & Country Club (“Club”) is subject to these Official Rules and to all applicable laws.

  2. Eligibility. This Competition is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older as of February 5, 2023, pay the $75 enrollment fee and register to attend the Electric Night With Lucid Motors event and participate in the Competition at the Club (“Participants”). Employees of the Club together with the immediate families and those persons living in the same household as such employees are not eligible to enter.

  3. How to Compete. The Competition will begin at 6:30 p.m. EST on February 5, 2023 and end at 9:00 p.m. EST on February 5, 2023. The Competition will be comprised of a closest to the hole putting competition on the Club’s practice putting green. Participants may only compete for the Prize on their own behalf. The highest scoring Participant will win the Competition. If there is a tie, all winners may enjoy the Prize.

  4. Prize. The winning Participant from the Competition may use a Lucid Air vehicle for 24 consecutive months thereafter. The Prize has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $_________________. The Prize will expire on or about February 28, 2025. The Prize is subject to availability and all other prize restrictions as determined by Lucid Motors. No changes, extensions or substitutions will be permitted. The Club has no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other changes beyond its own reasonable control.

All federal, state, municipal and local taxes, and all expenses associated with receipt or use of a Prize are the sole responsibility of the winners. The Club or Lucid Motors will file a Form 1099 with the IRS for the value of the Prize. No additional cash compensation will be given to defray any tax liability.

If any winners are unable to accept or utilize the Prize, cannot be reached, are found to ineligible, cannot or do not comply with these Official Rules, they will not receive another prize, incentive, reward or thing of value as an alternative.

  1. General. The prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions or exchanges by the winning Participants are permitted. The Club and Lucid Motors reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize for a prize of equal or greater value. The prizes may not be redeemed for cash or eligible for refund or exchanges. Any difference between the stated ARV of a prize and the actual value of a prize will not be awarded.

By participating in this Competition, each Participant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules, and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error herein or in the Competition itself, and to be bound by all actions of the Club and/or the Club’s representative, whose decisions are binding and final on all matters related to this Competition. By accepting any prize, each Participant agrees for himself/herself and for their heirs, executors and administrators to release and indemnify and hold the Club and its officers, directors, employees and representatives harmless from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of participating in this Competition, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or while preparing for, participating in any prize related activity and claims based on rights of publicity, rights of privacy, defamation or prize delivery.

  1. Governing Law. The Competition is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The exclusive venue for any actions hereunder will be in the state or federal courts located in Tampa, Florida.
