Yoga

Yin Yoga-Complete Mind and Body Escape 60-Minute relaxed paced class that is calming to the mind and body. Learn how to deeply nourish the body by increasing circulation to joints, release tense muscles and improve flexibility and range of motion. Noticeable improvements may also include a more restful sleep and improved ability to focus. Postures are more passive in nature, targeting the connective tissues. Each pose is held from 2-5 minutes in length and are mostly done on the floor either seated or lying down. Yin is a perfect compliment to any type of physical activity such as golf, tennis, swimming, running, etc. Class is all levels and is suitable for new and experienced yoga practitioners.

Enjoy great company, food, drinks and music! Come have your first drink on us and enjoy hors d'oeuvres while you mix, mingle and meet with your fellow members and make new friends.
