Juniors' Fitness Program

Members ages 12 to 15 are invited to participate in the Junior Athletic Club Kids (J.A.C.K.S.), Westlake Country Club’s junior fitness certification program. J.A.C.K.S. participants will learn proper form and technique, weight room safety, proper use of circuit and cardio equipment, and more! Certification includes a 1-hour session plus a complimentary training session with a Certified Personal Trainer.
