About Rick
A native of Chicago, Illinois, Rick has been playing golf since the age of 15 and has been in the golf industry for over 35 years.Rick began his career in golf at Oakmont Country Club in Glendale, California. After spending four years at Oakmont, he moved to Rio Hondo Country Club located in Downey, California in 1982. In 1990, he became the director of golf at Porter Valley Country Club in Northridge, California. In 1999, Rick became the director of golf at Coto de Caza Golf & Racquet Club.Rick is married with two children.

About Alex
Born and raised in Southern California, Alex played Varsity HS Golf at Aliso Niguel HS. He also played 2 years at Saddleback Community College. Alex graduated from the Golf Academy of America in 2012 with a BA in Golf Complex and Operations. He has done work with the First Tee of America, OC Chapter for 2 years and obtained his Level 2 certification. Alex achieved his Class-A PGA and was elected to membership in February 2020.

About Blake
Blake is an integral part of the player development program at Coto de Caza building the first Academy at the facility. Blake is a results based coach that guarantees changes in his students game. With use of many different technologies like Trackman and Video Analysis, Blake develops your skills to becoming more comfortable to shooting low scores on the golf course. Blake is a Top 100 GRAA Teacher in America, Top 50 US Kids Master Teacher and serves on the SCPGA Teaching Committee and Player Development Committee.
Roger Goettsch

About Roger
Roger began his career in Golf Course Maintenance in Iowa. He was exposed to Golf in grade school where his passion for the game of Golf began. He watched Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer and Gary Player on TV and wanted to be a professional golfer. As a junior and senior in high school Roger helped build and maintain a local 9-hole golf course. After high school, he acquired a BS in turf management from Iowa State University while doing an internship at Des Moines Golf & Country Club. Since College, Roger has worked on several projects in Texas, Thailand, Indonesia, India and China. He hosted the PGA Tour Shell Houston Open 2004-2008 and has spent time working at a few other Top Golf Clubs in Texas. Most recently, Roger worked for Shanqin Bay in Hainan China, during his tenure the course became # 39 in the World Top 100 Golf Courses. He has worked with golf Course Architects such as Arnold Palmer, Gary Player, Desmond Muirhead, Keith Foster, Ken Dye, Dick Phelps, Reese Jones, Pe...
