Presidents Room

The Presidents Room has the flexibility to accommodate both small-scale events and large-scale events of up to 150 guests. This room can be divided into two separate rooms or it can be rented as one cohesive space. It can accommodate most layouts including full seated rounds, crescent rounds, classroom-style seating, theater-style seating, and reception-style events. Rent this combination space for luncheons, banquets, rehearsal dinners, all-day meetings, or wedding receptions of up to 100 guests with a dance floor.

Audiovisual

The system is multi-faceted and includes the following capabilities:

  • 2 built-in screens and portable LCD projector (one on each side)
  • Built-in 75” flat-screen TV on the west side of the space
  • Built-in speaker/audio system throughout the combined space
  • Auxiliary/VGA/HDMI compatible through the combined space

Note: The UT Club will provide the auxiliary, VGA, and HDMI cords; Client must provide music, laptops, and adapters for all MAC computers.

Microphones

The Presidents Room East & West combined can support up to four wireless, hand-held microphones (two per side).

Live Music or DJ

Bands and DJs are welcome. All Bands and DJs must provide their own sound system.
