Yin Yoga w/Brannin Lancaster
Yin is a slow, soothing, and meditative style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues, bones, joints, fascia, and ligaments in the body. In Yin Yoga, we hold mostly passive poses for about two to five minutes to work into our connective tissues. The Hills' Fourth of July Golf Tournament Monday, July 4 at 9am Shotgun Scramble Holes will rotate starting points; hole one will be played from the red marker, hole two will be played from the white marker, three from blue, etc. Open to Signature members and their guests. $35 per member, $125 per guest Entry fee includes breakfast tacos and a post play BBQ Buffet Reservations Required. Investment Club at The Hills Wednesday, July 13 6:30 p.m. Hills Clubhouse We will begin meeting in-person at the Hills Waterfall Ballroom. The intent of this group is to discuss Investing. No one has to put up any money. It is not sponsored by any Investment Companies (i.e. Meryl Lynch, Schwab, Vanguard, etc.). One good idea such as Berkshire Hathaway in 2000 could help us in retirement. Please come and participate if this is of interest to you. RSVP is requested. "The Poker Game" We will have 3 categories of investment ideas: Income, Growth and Speculative. Investment ideas stocks, preferred stocks, etfs, mutual funds, bonds and other tradable securities. These Investment Ideas could be new to your portfolio or perhaps an investment that has done well for you and believe it will continue to do so. Be prepared to give a brief explanation of why you think this could be a good Investment Idea. Please remember that these Investment Ideas are not recommendations, but ideas that you should do your own research .
