For more than 30 years, Athletic & Swim Club has provided business professionals and residents with the facilities they need to live active and healthy lives, from our weight rooms, multi-lane lap pool and spa services to our Bistro café. When you visit our NYC fitness center, try one of our 65-plus innovative group exercise classes, featuring spin, Pilates, aqua classes and a variety of yoga styles.
New Members and beginners should contact their membership directors for assistance in selecting appropriate classes at our NYC fitness club. Getting in shape doesn’t happen overnight and we want to help you get there safely. Unlike other NYC fitness clubs, we have a track record and a fully-equipped, state-of-the-art facility.

At the heart of it all is the Evolt 360 Body Composition Analyzer, a 60-second scan that provides data about a body through more than 40 measurements. Ron’s fitness philosophy follows a core belief in consistency, lifestyle change and hard work. His workouts focus on speed, flexibility, strength and balance. Ron varies his member’s training workouts weekly to keep motivation high and help them reach their best possible results.

About Iris
ris believes exercise should be interesting and enjoyable. She guides her members with a fitness style based on posture, balance, stretching and relaxation techniques learned in China. It's not your standard "3 sets of 10" fitness. Iris emphasize the strengthening and lengthening of muscles, increasing their range of motion and minimizing joint and muscle pain. 20 years experience as a personal trainer.
