For 75 minutes, we'll focus on cardio conditioning as well as resistance and balance training, concluding each class with a soothing segment of stretching. You'll be amazed at how quickly and enjoyably the time passes and how energized you feel when done! Equipment needed: free weights and strap for stretching

oga with Allison (Tuesdays & Thursdays) | Group Fitness Room Taught by Crow Canyon Yoga Instructor Allison Gannon This well-rounded flow style class (level 1-2) combines alignment and breath awareness with strength-building movement. Class begins with a restorative pose and incorporates a warm-up, Sun Salutations, carefully sequenced hip and heart openers and strength-building poses to improve balance, flexibility and strength. We focus on the breath with careful attention to alignment and move slowly yet powerfully through the postures to develop self-awareness, a calm mind and an enhanced state of well-being. We finish with a cool down and close with final rest in Savasana. Even more advanced practitioners will benefit from the gentle flow to help them relax while also restoring energy for the evening. This class is the perfect complement to tennis, golf, swimming, walking, hiking or any physical activity. Appropriate for beginners, seniors, athletes, those coming back from injuries and experienced yoga students who prefer a gentle, mindful practice. Each participant is encouraged to use props as appropriate to support his or her practice.
