Fresh, peeled cucumbers and sweet orange peel is beautifully rounded by the dryness of angelica root. The gin's lingering finish highlights it's smoothness and balance. Navy Strength: Juniper is beg yet held in check with warming notes of rye bread, rosemary and bay leaf. The mid notes of this gin are complex with spice, sweet coriander, cardamom and bright lemon. The gin's finish lingers as the luxurious cold-distilled fig rounds out its intensity and smooth edges. Kinship: Notes of juniper, coriander, bitter orange and spiced cardamom lengthen into a mid-palate of floral and citrus. Cucumber and licorice root add a fresh and slightly sweet finish.
