This routine pairs heavy weights with low repetitions, the perfect couple for building more metabolically active lean muscle mass to burn body fat and sculpt your muscles. We use dumbbells, bands, balls, weighted bars, steps and your own body weight. We will work all major and minor muscle groups. Cardio Step

Step aerobics has been around for over 25 years. Why? Because it delivers results: it boosts your heart rate and strengthens your lower body muscles. You will learn simple to advance types of movement patterns. We begin with a warm-up, followed by choreographed routines that are taught to you, cooldown, abdominal workout and stretching. If you are willing to learn, you are welcome to join. This class is suited to the intermediate and advanced exerciser.
