Because it delivers results: it boosts your heart rate and strengthens your lower body muscles. You will learn simple to advance types of movement patterns. We begin with a warm-up, followed by choreographed routines that are taught to you, cooldown, abdominal workout and stretching. If you are willing to learn, you are welcome to join. This class is suited to the intermediate and advanced exerciser. Lift & Pump Mondays 9:15-10:30am $12 per class, the first class is complimentary! This routine pairs heavy weights with low repetitions, the perfect couple for building more metabolically active lean muscle mass to burn body fat and sculpt your muscles. We use dumbbells, bands, balls, weighted bars, steps and your own body weight. We will work all major and minor muscle groups. Because you are in control of how heavy you want to lift and pump, this class is suited for all levels of exercisers.
