*Fri- Outdoor RUCK WALK 30 minute COMPLIMENTARY
Friday's outdoor "Ruck" walk. The term ruck refers to walking with a weighted rucksack (or backpack, or weighted vest) and originates from low impact military training. If you have a weighted vest- use that. If not, a simple backpack is fine and we will just add a DB to the backpack before we head out. You could also carry light dumbbells in your hands. If you'd prefer to not use any weight that's fine too! Just come walk with us! We'll just do the loop leaving from STP heading to the traffic circle, then towards the Clubhouse and back to STP. (1 mile) We'll finish with some cardio drills in the parking lot.
