What are the ceremony and reception capacities?
Ceremony capacity is approximately 150 guests; reception capacity is approximately 200 in some layouts.
How many event spaces are available?
The Club offers five event/function spaces, collectively offering over 11,000 square feet of meeting space.
What is the maximum guest capacity?
Interior venues accommodate up to 300 guests. Outdoor settings may allow additional flexibility.
Do you host non-members?
Yes. Ardea welcomes both Members and non-Members for private events.
Are rental fees or deposits waived for Members?
Some promotions, such as waived room rental up to $2,500, have been offered to hosts.
What corporate functions do you host?
Ardea supports formal meetings, client dinners, retreat sessions, team-building events, and hybrid formats
Do you provide AV and technical support?
Yes; projectors, microphones, staging, Wi-Fi, and live support are all available.
Which dining services are available?
On-site catering includes plated dinners, buffets, breakfast/lunch menus, breaks, and bar service.
Can you help with décor, entertainment, or vendors?
Absolutely. We work with preferred vendors for florals, photography, entertainment, and more to ensure every detail is covered.
Are non-members welcome?
Yes. All corporate clients may host events regardless of membership.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance for large events or holiday parties, though smaller meetings can often be scheduled with shorter notice.
Can you help organize contests or themed tournaments?
Definitely. Our professional staff can coordinate closest-to-the-pin, long drive, or scramble formats. We can also assist with themed tournaments or charity fundraisers.
What courses are available for outings?
You may select North, South, or combination formats, depending on group size and route preferences.
Are non-members allowed to host golf events?
Yes. Ardea welcomes both Member and non-Member events
What services are included with a golf outing?
Every event includes professional tournament coordination, personalized scorecards, cart setup, and on-course contests. Our team can also arrange tee gifts, prizes, signage, and photography to make your event exceptional.
What types of social events can I host at Ardea?
We host everything from milestone birthdays and anniversaries to showers, reunions, and holiday parties.
Can kids be included in social events?
Of course. Many of our spaces and menus are family-friendly, and we can customize offerings for younger guests.
Is a day-of coordinator included?
Yes. A dedicated private event director is included with all bookings, ensuring every detail is managed from setup to last guest departure.
Do you have vendor restrictions?
We welcome outside vendors, though catering and bar services must be provided by Anthem. We also have preferred vendors to recommend for photography, florals, music, and more.
Do you require a minimum guest count or spend?
Minimums vary by space, date, and time of day. Our team will work with you to customize options that fit your guest list and budget.
Is there parking available for guests?
Yes. Complimentary self-parking is available on-site, with convenient access for both guests and vendors. Valet service can also be arranged upon request.
